9 mG-27mG in child’s play area Is an extreme concern

Does your house have hazardous wiring code violations?  You flip a light switch or turn on an appliance and it works so most people, electricians and building inspectors think there is “No Problem”: they can be dead wrong. Lights and appliances can function but due to Wiring Code Violations tremendous hazards of shock, fire and long-term health damage are created. Peer reviewed studies indicate that magnetic fields cause living cell division problems that can lead to child developmental disorders such as ADD, Autism, Childhood Leukemia and development of  Miscarriage and Cancer Tumors in adults.

In the left photo we see almost 9 mG in a children’s play area: it went up to as much as 28 mG nearby.  Building Biology Severe concern levels start at 1 mG and Extreme concern levels start at 5 mG.  A properly wired house should be at .3 mG or lower unless there is influence from utility power lines outside.  What are the magnetic field (mG) levels in your house? Electric Code Violations are not open to opinion: they are set forth in the California Electric Code (CEC) which is based on the National Electric Code (NEC).  Visual inspection by installing electricians or building inspectors does not mean that code violations do not exist in your home. Building Biologists use specialized instruments and proven testing protocols that reveal wiring errors with a simple walk through of your house. We find wiring code violations in 1 out of 4 homes we inspect: this includes new homes.

This is an illegal neutral to ground connection

The photo to the right is of a wiring code violation we found on the chassis of a clients clothes dryer: neutral wires (white) and ground Wiries (green) can only be connected at the main power panel per the code.  This code violation was caused by a  famous name appliance company when the new dryer was installed. This is a very good reason for you to hire a Certified Electromagnetic Radiation Specials (EMRS) to perform an EMF clean sweep and EMF safety test of your home.

If violations are found we can come back with a certified, licensed and insured electrician to fix them for you.
