As the Director of Sacramento Smart Meter Awareness I assisted dozens of people who were harmed from the mass deployment of biologically experimental so-called Smart Meters by utilities. After a huge battle we got our electric utility (SMUD) to let us keep or have our safe Analog meters back. I decided to get the best training and certification possible for the detection, measurement and mitigation of Electro-Magnetic Radiation. This lead me to training visits and dialogs with national experts such as David Stetzer of Stetzer Electric and Samuel Milham, MD, MPH.

I realized that I needed more technical training and certification and I was directed to the International Institute for BUILDING BIOLOGY & ECOLOGY (IBE).  The comprehensive training offered was exactly what I needed so, in February of 2014 I began a year-long course of study to attain several IBE certifications.  IBE provides the right type of training and certification to help people create a safe haven in a toxic, electro-magnetic world.

In addition to all of the IBE training I have met some of the most kind and wonderful people in my life. Many of my fellow students have been injured by EMF and many come from health, medical and high-tech fields: we all see a huge need for public education about and protection from the dangers of Electro-Magnetic Radiation (EMF & EMR).  I have completed all seminar and exam requirements and expect to be certified as an IBE BBEC & AMRS in January of 2015.
