Real estate pre-purchase EMF assessments should be done before or as soon as you enter escrow. This should be the first inspection you order as EMF exposure from off-site is beyond your control and internally caused exposure may be so costly to remediate that buying elsewhere makes more sense. Rule out “Sick Buildings” before you fall in love with them.
Without proper EMF assessment before and after new electronics, electric equipment, lighting, HVAC or solar, are selected or installed, special accommodations may have to be granted allowing symptomatic people to work in special low EMF exposure locations.
